Our Story
We founded our paddock-to-plate operation in 2024 on a simple belief that there were major issues within the modern food system. We became increasingly concerned by how disconnected people are from where their food comes from, and how little transparency exists around how most beef is actually produced.
Many people don’t realise that much of the beef available today comes from feedlots, is grain-fed, and is produced in systems that prioritise speed and efficiency over animal welfare, land care, and nutritional quality.
After seeing common problems across the industry, we set out to raise the standard. There was no consistent offering of genuinely clean, grass-fed and grass-finished beef available year-round – backed by complete transparency and full traceability from paddock to plate. Consumers deserve to know exactly where their beef comes from, how it was raised, and who produced it.
Grazed Valley Beef is built on strong partnerships, working exclusively with our partnered farmer. We pay a fair price for their cattle and ensure every purchase directly supports them, their land, and their livestock. Every animal is traceable, and we openly share that information so customers can feel confident in what they’re buying and understand that our beef is 100% naturally raised without the use of antibiotics, hormones or grain.
We created something different-an operation that puts animal welfare, responsible land stewardship, and consumer trust first. Grazed Valley Beef exists to challenge the status quo and raise the standard for what beef should be, and that’s exactly what we continue to do today
