Terms of Sale
Individual Orders
When ordering from our website, you agree to these terms of sale.
You may pre-order products from us as individual orders, currently referred to as Quarter Beef, Half Beef or Whole Beef – portions.
Our products and available order options are described on our website at the time of purchase and may change prior to purchase.
All individual orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Where the order has not yet been processed or prepared, we may agree to cancel it at our sole discretion.
If the order has already been processed, prepared or allocated, your deposit is non-refundable to the extent permitted by Western Australian and Australian Consumer Law, as it represents reasonable costs incurred.
Payment and Billing Information
By providing a payment method, you warrant that you are authorised to use it and authorise us (or our third-party payment provider) to charge it for all orders. You agree to pay all charges incurred.
If payment authorisation fails or charges are reversed, we may cancel or suspend undelivered orders, reattempt charges, or pursue lawful recovery of outstanding amounts. You remain responsible for all charges.
You must keep your payment details current. Failure to do so does not constitute cancellation of an order.
Pricing and Availability
We reserve the right to change product offerings and prices at any time without notice.
Deliveries
Our products are transported directly from the butcher’s facility in a refrigerated truck or van to the delivery address or pickup hub chosen or provided.
If you are not home, deliveries may be left at a nominated safe location. Once delivered, products are at your risk.
You are responsible for considering risks including heat, weather, theft and wildlife. While our delivery boxes are designed to stay chilled, you should minimise exposure to high temperatures.
You must inspect products upon delivery and determine freshness. Grazed Valley Beef reserves the right to refund or credit products with less than three days of fresh shelf life remaining.
If product temperature exceeds 5°C or you believe it is unsafe, contact info@grazedvalleybeef.com.au with photos or videos. We recommend freezing our perishable products immediately upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may offer online store credit or a refund at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect delivery details, failure to retrieve orders, or refusal of delivery may result in disposal of products without refund.
Our Liability
Our liability is limited to preparation, refrigeration and delivery in accordance with these terms. Any loss or damage outside these processes is at your own risk.

This promotion applies to customers who place orders for Quarter Beef, Half Beef or Whole Beef – portions from 1 October 2025 to 28 March 2026, inclusive, or until stocks last, as determined by Grazed Valley Beef.
The promotion applies to qualifying orders that meet the required minimum order value and are classified as an active and successful order and customer.
